Seesaw-Math and Writing

All students have several items uploaded to their Seesaw account. In math, we have been working on different methods on how to multiply two digit numbers by two digit numbers. All students made a video in Explain Everything that explains how to use the area model to multiply. I love this activity because it shows off their knowledge and provides a wonderful example of how to do this multiplication method. Please check out your child's video. If you haven't signed up for a Seesaw account yet, please do so. I sent home a paper with a big QR code on it. If you need another one, please send me an email. 

The fourth graders in room 16 are published authors. We have just finished our first round of personal narratives. We had a lovely share in the room on Friday (see picture below). Students went home with a comment sheet filled with kind and specific comments from their classmates. Each student published their personal narratives through Seesaw.
